IE 7 problems?

Since Novemeber I have had to use Netscape because all of a sudden my IE 7 would no longer link to the Internet. Firefox was affected as well.

After many attempts to reinstall and using the restore feature of Windows XP, I still have not solved the problem.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

I am using a Compaq desktop with 1.5gb RAM and 1.4 TB of hard drive (this is a Photoshop enabled computer) OS is XP with all the updates (IE 7 update is what killed the connectivity)

This is a weird one - especially since you have Internet connectivity with Netscape. Try uninstalling IE 7 (Start/Control Panel/ Add/Remove Programs) When you remove 7 - it will automatically revert back to IE 6. Try for Internet then.

Try disabling Add-ons on IE 7. You can go to http://support.microsoft.com/g... for soultions. Report It
